About the RoleMOIT Be-Connect Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS

Executive to support our International BPO operations by generating high-quality business leads through internet research. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in lead generation, excellent MS Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate databases.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate quality leads for International BPO campaigns through online research.
  • Identify potential businesses and decision-makers using various internet sources.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy.
  • Verify contact information and ensure data quality.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Manage large volumes of data using MS Excel.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and formatting.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality leads to support business targets.



  • Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of MS
  • Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, Basic Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Good internet research and lead generation skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing speed.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM and data management tools will be an added advantage.



  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum
  • Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Lead
  • Generation for an International BPO.
  • Age: 20 to 45 years.
