Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

​We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, and results-driven Field Sales Executive to boost our growth, acquire new customers, and maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will be comfortable spending the majority of their time on the field, meeting potential clients face-to-face, presenting our products/services, and closing sales.

​Key Responsibilities

​Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and direct field visits.

​Product Demonstration: Present, promote, and effectively demonstrate our products/services to potential and existing customers.

​Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

​Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

​Market Research: Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, reporting findings to the management.

​Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales closed, and client follow-ups using our CRM or reporting formats.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Experience: [e.g., 1–3 years] of proven experience as a Field Sales Executive.

​Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for daily travel.

​Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in local languages and English is required.

​Attitude: Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a proactive approach to solving problems.

​Education: High school degree; a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing,sales
