About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success & Advisor Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. The role involves providing support to the company's customers, onboarding advisors onto the Adwisers platform, assisting users with queries, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth experience for both advisors and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and onboard new advisors (Astrologers, Numerologists, Lawyers, Doctors, Fitness Experts, etc.)
- Explain platform benefits, features, and registration process to advisors.
- Follow up with advisor applications and assist in completing profiles and KYC requirements.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.
- Resolve support queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain advisor records, onboarding status, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.
- Collect feedback from advisors and users to improve platform experience.
- Support launch campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable speaking on calls and handling customer interactions.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, onboarding, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving mindset.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
