Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Pop-Up Shows & Exhibitions)

Location: On-field / Event-based

Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to represent our brand at pop-up shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. The role involves direct interaction with customers, showcasing products, and closing sales on the spot.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers at pop-up shows, exhibitions, and events

Promote and explain products clearly to walk-in customers

Generate on-spot sales and achieve assigned targets

Maintain proper billing and coordinate with the backend team

Build positive customer relationships and collect feedback

Ensure attractive product display and stall upkeep

Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in customer handling and sales pitching

Willingness to travel and work at events/exhibitions

Basic knowledge of sales processes (experience preferred, not mandatory)

Ability to work on weekends and during exhibitions
