Job Summary:

Growinn Steps Preschool & Daycare is looking for a passionate, caring, and dedicated Montessori Preschool Teacher to provide a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Montessori principles and be committed to supporting each child's holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities appropriate for preschool children.
• Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori classroom with age-appropriate learning materials.
• Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development.
• Encourage independence, self-confidence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Observe, assess, and maintain records of each child's developmental progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and development.
• Conduct storytelling, phonics, rhymes, art & craft, music, practical life, and sensorial activities.
• Ensure the health, safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
• Maintain classroom discipline using positive guidance techniques.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, celebrations, and training programs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to create a positive learning environment.
