Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and hands-on experience driving traffic, engagement, and conversion

Key Responsibilities.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion and SEO
• Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI
• Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
• Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing
• Knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Certification in Google Ads, Analytics, or Meta Blueprint
