Job Description

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements, budget, and space before recommending products.
  • Explain product features, materials, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and warranty.
  • Generate quotations and close sales.
  • Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain customer records and update lead status.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships. These responsibilities are consistent with current furniture showroom sales roles.
