• Browse the internet efficiently to research information and download relevant documents.
• Upload and manage government and private tenders through online portals.
• Read, understand, and organize technical and tender documents.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and maintain digital records.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity software to improve work efficiency.
• Handle day-to-day computer operations and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong internet browsing and online research skills.
• Ability to understand official documents and tender requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, PDF handling, and email communication.
• Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
• Responsible, organized, and self-motivated.
