Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to oversee the company's finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, statutory compliance, and financial planning. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking as well as hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounts department.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Implement financial controls and improve accounting processes.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Analyze product costing, manufacturing costs, and profitability.
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost control.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.
- Manage receivables, payables, and credit control.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
- Drive ERP implementation and finance process automation.
