Job Description

JD for Data Entry Operator -

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter patient and diagnostic report data into the Lab Management System.
  • Verify accuracy against source documents and liaise with clinical staff for corrections.
  • Generate daily logs and backup data regularly.
  • Manage scanning and secure storage of physical and digital records.
  • Help digitize historical data when needed.

Skills:

1.     Proficient typing skills with good accuracy.

2.     Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

3.     Ability to handle data systems.

4.     Attention to detail, organizational ability, confidentiality, and communication skills
