Job Description

Define and drive frontend and mobile application architecture using React and React Native.

● Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.

● Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable UI components and frameworks.

● Collaborate with backend teams for API integrations and application performance optimization.

● Drive technical decision-making and UI governance across projects.

● Monitor application performance, security, and reliability.

● Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

● Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.

● Support critical production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
