VJK Enterprises is looking for a motivated HVAC Site Engineer to join our field operations team. Freshers with a Diploma and a strong interest in HVAC systems are encouraged to apply. You will be responsible for site inspections, installation supervision, maintenance support, and ensuring the smooth execution of HVAC projects, including air conditioning systems, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🏗️ Visit project sites for HVAC installation, inspection, and maintenance activities
❄️ Supervise the installation and commissioning of air conditioning and HVAC systems
🛠️ Assist in the maintenance and servicing of chillers, cooling towers, condensers, and air handling units
📋 Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and quality guidelines
🔍 Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues for timely resolution
🤝 Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution
📝 Prepare site reports, installation records, and service documentation
⚙️ Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment
📈 Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards
💰 Salary:
💵 Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 (As per Skill & Experience)
💸 Incentive: ₹8,000+ (Based on Performance)
