Accountant

Key Responsibilities :

• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and verify sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer/supplier ledgers.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
• Generate monthly MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet support.
• Maintain fixed asset and inventory accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Process employee reimbursements and payroll-related accounting.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
• Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with company policies.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Tally, Marg ERP, Busy, or other accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
