Job Title: SQL Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.

3. Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, update, and analyze data.

4. Generate reports using SQL and Microsoft Excel.

Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure data accuracy.

5. Support end users with technical issues via phone, email, or remote access.

6. Configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.

7. Manage user accounts, passwords, and system access.

8. Maintain IT assets and documentation.

9. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:-

1. Good knowledge of SQL

2. Basic knowledge of Database Management Systems

3. Basic networking knowledge

4. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

5. Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.

6. Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner).

7. Good communication and problem-solving skills..
