Ward Assistant

Dental Quest is looking for a motivated and friendly Dental Assistant to support our dentists and improve patient care. You will assist in procedures, sterilize instruments, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patients feel comfortable. We value strong communication and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chairside Assistance: Assist dentists through four-handed dentistry, handling instruments and materials as required.
• Patient Care: Welcome and prepare patients, ensuring their comfort and answering their questions.
• Sterilization: Sterilize and organize instruments, trays, and equipment according to required regulations.
• Room Preparation: Clean and stock treatment rooms before and after each patient encounter.
• Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, log data during exams, and assist with scheduling or front-desk duties when necessary.
• Lab Duties: Undertake assigned laboratory tasks and prepare materials as instructed.
• Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and provide postoperative care guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome.
• Education: Relevant certification in dental assisting or a recognized dental health degree.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a compassionate and supportive demeanor, and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with standard dental terminology, anatomy, and infection-control safety policies.
