Job Description
Salaam International is looking for a dynamic and experienced Female HR Professional to join our growing team.
Position: HR Executive / HR Manager (Female)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
● Candidate screening and shortlisting before client interviews.
● Managing and verifying candidate documentation.
● Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
● Handling follow-ups with candidates and clients.
● Managing hiring requirements for our Indore operations.
● Maintaining recruitment records and ensuring timely communication.
● Scheduling and coordinating interviews efficiently.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of HR/Recruitment experience.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & Email communication).
● Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
● Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
