Job Description
- Job Responsibilities –
- Pick up and deliver packages, Cash, documents, or other items to customers in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Verify delivery information, addresses, and customer details before dispatch.
- Collect payments or obtain delivery confirmations when required.
- Handle items carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow company policies, traffic regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to supervisors.
- Keep delivery records and update delivery status through mobile apps or company systems.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle (Activa , scooter) is clean and in good working condition.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing delivery items.
- Support warehouse, store, or office operations when delivery duties are completed.
- Key Skills
- Time management and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery targets.
- Valid driving license (if applicable).
- RequiredGood knowledge of local routes and navigation apps.
