Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Picker & Packer)Job SummaryThe Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing them according to company standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while maintaining quality, hygiene, and excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick products from store shelves based on customer orders.
• Verify product quality, quantity, and expiry dates before packing.
• Pack orders safely to prevent damage during delivery.
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and handed over on time.
• Replenish stock and maintain shelf availability.
• Assist customers in locating products and resolving queries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store and packing area.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and food safety standards.
• Support inventory counts and stock audits.
• Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth order dispatch.
• Operate handheld devices or order management systems, if required.
• Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
• EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate (12th Pass preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, lift, and carry products.
• Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
