Job Description
Aadhira Enterprises is looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Narhe, Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on welding experience, be able to read basic drawings, and produce quality welds while following safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform welding using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and welding instructions.
Prepare, align, and weld metal components accurately.
Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and strength.
Operate and maintain welding machines and tools safely.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work with the production team to complete assigned tasks on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Candidate Requirements
Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th
Experience: Minimum 2 years of welding experience (Experienced candidates only)
English: Not required
Age: 18–60 years
Skills:
Welding Technology
Fabrication and metal joining
Ability to use welding tools and equipment
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
