Field Sales Executive – Automotive Spares & Batteries

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our retail and workshop network. In this role, you will visit auto spare parts retailers, mechanics, and garages, introduce our product catalog, build strong relationships, and generate consistent daily orders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Visits & Onboarding: Daily field visits to garages, auto spare shops, and service centers to onboard new trade customers.
• Order Generation: Take daily stock orders for automotive spare parts and batteries from existing and new clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and product distribution goals.
• Payment Collection: Assist in timely payment recovery and ledger balance reconciliation from local dealers.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with shop owners, mechanics, and key decision-makers.
• Market Insights: Track competitor pricing, local demand trends, and scheme performance in your assigned territory.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales (preference given to Auto Spares, Lubricants, Tyres, or Batteries). Freshers with strong local market knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Vehicle Requirement: 2-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and a valid Driving License are mandatory.
• Smartphone: Android phone required for order entry and location tracking.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and basic numerical ability.
• Language: Conversational fluency in Hindi and local language (Marathi/Gujarati preferred depending on territory).
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 / month (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: High performance-based monthly sales incentives
• Allowances: Daily fuel / travel allowance provided separately
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
