Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls and respond professionally.
- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information about company services and programs.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, registrations, and service requests.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer support requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Meet daily and monthly customer service targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- QualificationAny Degree / Diploma.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service is an added advantage.
