Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact to address customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Complaint Management: Listen actively to customer grievances, empathize, and take ownership of issues until they are resolved.
  • Multichannel Support: Manage communications seamlessly across phone calls, live chat, email, and social media.
  • Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking events, and social media platforms. [1, 2]

Client Engagement: Contact prospective clients to understand their needs, pitch tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the company's value proposition. [1]

Proposal & Pitching: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, sales pitches, and business proposals to key decision-makers. [1, 2]

Negotiation & Closing: Address client objections, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to meet assigned sales targets. [1, 2]

Market Research: Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to find new market segments and improve sales tactics. [1, 2]

Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. [1, 2]

Pipeline Management: Track and manage all outreach efforts, interactions, and sales metrics using CRM tools to provide accurate forecasts to management
