Job Description

Job Description – Online Sales Executive

  • Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms.
  • Manage and update the company website (products, pricing, and stock).
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and campaign management.
  • Convert inquiries into sales through professional communication.
  • Upload daily product photos, videos, and status updates.
  • Follow up with existing customers and generate new leads.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Job Timing: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
