Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement operations.
- Source reliable vendors and develop long-term supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
- Procure projectors, printers, scanners, e-panels, and related accessories as per business requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Monitor product quality and ensure purchased items meet company standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to fulfill procurement requirements.
- Track market trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and applicable regulations.
