Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Pre-KG / LKG students and manage classroom activities
  • Teach basic concepts such as alphabets, numbers, rhymes, and colors
  • Use creative teaching methods like storytelling, play-based learning, and activities
  • Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of children
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
  • Organize classroom materials and maintain cleanliness
  • Support school events, celebrations, and activities

Qualification:

  • Preferred: Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or any teaching qualification

Experience:

  • Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in teaching Pre-KG / LKG
  • Experience in handling small children is an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Patience and child-friendly approach
  • Creativity and enthusiasm
  • Classroom management skills
  • Basic English knowledge (preferred)
