Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented International Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end international travel bookings, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure seamless travel experiences through efficient coordination and platform usage.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Handle international flight, hotel, and activity bookings across platforms like TBO, TripJack, FlyRemit, and ActivityBeds etc
- Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and offer tailored solutions
- Ensure accurate invoicing, GST/TCS compliance, and documentation for each booking
- Coordinate with vendors and airlines for confirmations, cancellations, and special requests
- Stay updated on visa requirements, travel advisories, and airline policies
- Resolve client queries professionally and promptly
- Support post-sales processes including refunds, rescheduling, and travel support
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in international travel bookings (freshers with strong training may be considered)
- Familiarity with travel platforms (TBO, TripJack, FlyRemit, etc.)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of GST, TCS, and travel documentation
- Proficiency in Excel and email drafting
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of international destinations and travel trends is a must
