Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Waluj

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and performance)

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for billing, bookkeeping, receivables management, ledger maintenance, reporting, and ensuring accurate and timely accounting records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and process customer invoices and bills accurately and on time.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure proper bookkeeping of all transactions.
• Record, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Manage customer and supplier ledgers and ensure accuracy of balances.
• Match customer payment advices with receipts and invoices, and update records accordingly.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in customer and vendor accounts.
• Prepare debtor and creditor ageing reports.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Send account statements, payment reminders, and dues-related emails to customers.
• Reconcile bank transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate MIS reports, receivables reports, collection reports, and other management reports as required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Assist with GST-related records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with management, auditors, and consultants as required.
• Support all day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally experience preferred).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
