• Requirements:
• Strong command over the respective subject.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Relevant educational qualifications (B.Ed./D.El.Ed./NTT or equivalent, as applicable).
• Prior teaching experience will be preferred
• Job Role & Responsibilities
• Develop engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids tailored to young learners.
• Foster a love for the language through storytelling, poems, drama, and cultural activities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development workshops.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) / Prabhakar or equivalent. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or D.El.Ed. is highly preferred.
• Experience: [Insert number, e.g., 1–3 years] of experience teaching primary classes. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional command over spoken and written Hindi, with good phonetic clarity. Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
