Job Description :Trainee Salesman
CTC: Rs. 30,000 per month.In addition to salary, TS will be eligible for daily allowance of Rs. 100 and travel allowance of Rs. 3 per km, along with a mobile allowance of Rs. 500 per month.Incentives:
Apart from salary and allowances, Trainee Salesmen have the potential to earn performance-based incentives of up to Rs. 20,000 per month. Currently, an average Trainee Salesman earns approximately Rs. 7,000 per month as incentives.Vehicle Requirement:
Trainee Salesmen shall possess a two-wheeler & Driving License, as the role involves extensive travel.Selection Process:
All candidates are required to appear for an aptitude test. Those who clear the test will be shortlisted for interviews.
Training:
Selected candidates will undergo 3 days of classroom training at the office, followed by 2 weeks of field training.Job Responsibilities:
Trainee Salesmen are required to visit 12–15 dealers per day, explain schemes, set up product displays, and book orders from dealers.Note :
