Job Description
We are a premium textile and apparel brand looking for an energetic and communication-driven Customer Relationship & Online Sales Executive to handle our growing digital customer base from our Kompally store.
Your main job will be managing incoming customer leads and converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
IndiaMart Lead Handling: Speedily answer incoming IndiaMart calls, respond to trade inquiries, and follow up with business leads.
Social Media Sales: Reply to customer messages and comments on Instagram and Facebook promptly.
Customer Engagement: Share clear images and short videos of sarees/fabrics from the store inventory to help online buyers select products.
Sales Closing: Share payment details, confirm orders, and coordinate with the dispatch team to ship the products.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 3 years in Telesales, Social Media Handling, B2B Lead Conversion, or Digital Customer Support. (Experience with IndiaMart/Instagram sales is a major plus).
Languages Mandatory: Highly fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu (both speaking and writing). Knowing other languages is a helpful bonus.
Skills: Must be polite, street-smart, and know how to use Instagram, Facebook Business Suite, and WhatsApp Business efficiently.
