Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our event and entertainment business. Business development executives are generally responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and expanding company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Generate wedding, corporate, and hospitality leads.
- Meet potential clients and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations and venue visits.
- Build relationships with hotels, banquet halls, and wedding planners.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or marketing preferred.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
