Job Description
CUSTOMER VISIT PROPRLY
Contact customers with overdue loan accounts thro
ugh phone calls, emails, SMS, or field visits.
Follow up regularly to collect outstanding payments.
Negotiate repayment plans based on the customer's financial situation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Monthly collection target achievement.
Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
