Job Description

  • Daily Accounting operations 
  • Banking & Payment Management
  • Customer collection & Receivables
  • Vendor Management & Payables
  • ITC-04 Compliance and filing 
  • GST, TDS & Statutory  Compliance -GST purchase and sales records, data with books and GSTR-2B.
  • TDS Deduction & Payment Sheets - Maintaining challan and return- related records.
  • RCM data maintaining for applicable transactions
  • Inventory & stock management
  • MIS & Reporting - Daily cash position , Bank position report , Generate receivable aging , payable aging report
  • Documentation & Record Management- maintain filing of invoices, e-way bills, LRs, payment proofs, challan and statutory records.
