Field Sales Executive

Job Description – Field Executive (User Acquisition) Roles & Responsibilities User Acquisition & Onboarding 

1. Approach potential users and explain the company services through an effective pitch.
2. Assist users with app installation and complete profile setup.
3. Guide users throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience.
4. Build good communication with users and collect market feedback. Field Work & Shift Management 
5. Work in assigned locations across Delhi NCR as per business requirements.
6. Follow shift timings: o Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM o Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM 
7. Maintain punctuality and regular attendance at assigned locations. 
8. Travel within the assigned territory for field activities. Reporting & Compliance 
9. Use GPS-based check-in and check-out for attendance tracking. 
10. Maintain daily activity reports including user interactions and onboarding updates. 
11. Share market feedback, customer issues, technical problems, and competitor information with the reporting manager. Salary & Incentives 
12. Salary: ₹18,000 per month o ₹15,000 Fixed Salary o ₹3,000 Travel Allowance 
13. Additional incentives: o ₹8 incentive per successful download after achieving monthly performance criteria. o 1% of transaction fee generated through referral users (as per company policy). Mandatory Requirement 
14. Candidate must own a bike and have a valid driving license. 
15. Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field are required.
