Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos, UGC Ads, Brand Campaigns, and Social Media Platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, understand social media trends, and be able to create content that drives audience engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing (Primary Responsibility)Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos, Shorts, and UGC Ads.
• Create engaging and high-retention videos using modern editing techniques.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform color correction and basic color grading.
• Create multiple versions of content for different platforms.
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across projects.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Organize project files and maintain proper backups.
• Content Research & Creative InputResearch trending editing styles and viral content formats.
• Suggest creative improvements for videos, hooks, and storytelling.
• Analyze competitors' content and identify successful editing patterns.
• Assist in generating content ideas and concepts.
• Team CoordinationCoordinate with content creators, marketers, and clients regarding project requirements.
• Understand creative briefs and implement feedback efficiently.
• Participate in content planning and production discussions.
• Performance AnalysisAnalyze video performance metrics such as watch time, retention rate, engagement, and views.
• Identify why videos perform well or underperform.
• Implement improvements based on analytics and audience behavior.
• Social Media Support (Secondary Responsibility)Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn content requirements.
• Assist in preparing content for publishing.
• Support the team with content scheduling when required.
• Understand platform-specific video formats and optimization techniques.
• Basic Technical SkillsManage and organize digital assets and project files.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress, website media uploads, or content management systems is a plus.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI editing tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of Reels, Shorts, and social media video formats.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and storytelling.
• Basic understanding of color grading and audio editing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Qualifications1+ year of video editing experience (Freshers with strong portfolios can also apply).
• Experience editing content for creators, brands, agencies, or social media pages.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Understanding of content marketing and audience psychology.
