Retail Store

You will be the person responsible for making sure Go Loop runs smoothly every single day. That means the store is stocked, clean, and well-organised at all times — whether it is 10 AM or 3 AM. You will manage the store executives on your shift, handle billing and daily cash, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure every customer who walks in has a good experience.

This is a hands-on role. You will be on the floor, not behind a desk.

What you will do

• manage shift handovers and ensure nothing falls through the cracks between shifts
• supervise and guide store executives on duty — assign tasks, ensure discipline, step in when needed
• manage daily inventory — receive stock, check quality, update records, ensure nothing runs out
• operate the billing system (Petpooja POS) and handle cash and digital payments accurately
• maintain the coffee bar — ensure equipment is clean, ingredients are stocked, and coffee is made to standard
• monitor expiry dates, product placement, and shelf hygiene across all sections
• handle customer queries and resolve complaints on the spot without escalation where possible
• coordinate with vendors and delivery personnel for restocking
• report daily sales, stock status, and operational issues to the owner
• ensure fire safety equipment, electrical switches, and store security protocols are followed
