📍 Job Location: Guwahati, Assam
🕒 Experience Required:
• 6 Months to 6 Years
🎓 Qualification:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound and inbound calls for Home Loan products
• Generate and qualify leads through telecalling
• Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
• Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets
✅ Required Skills:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer service orientation
• Experience in Tele Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Loan Processing, or Customer Support preferred
