Job Description

A Personal Secretary provides critical administrative and organizational support to executives, managers, or high-net-worth individuals. Their primary goal is to maximize their employer's time by handling correspondence, managing calendars, and overseeing daily operational and personal logistics so the employer can focus on strategic tasks


Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, set appointments, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Correspondence: Act as the first point of contact by screening calls, taking messages, and managing incoming/outgoing emails and mail.

Travel Coordination: Book flights, arrange ground transportation, and secure hotel accommodations.

Document Handling: Prepare, format, and edit memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Meeting Support: Organize meeting agendas, prepare materials, and take detailed minutes during discussions.

Data Organization: Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring records are easily accessible.
