Job Description
The Field Officer will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and mobilizing candidates for various training and employment programs. The role involves community outreach, field visits, counseling potential candidates, and building relationships with local stakeholders to achieve mobilization targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and community outreach for candidate mobilization
- Identify and recruit eligible candidates for training programs
- Counsel students and parents about career opportunities
- Coordinate with local institutions, NGOs, and community leaders
- Maintain daily reports and candidate databases
- Support admission and onboarding processes
- Achieve monthly recruitment and mobilization targets
