Customer Relationship Manager

Youth homes and developers pvt ltd is a growing real estate company focused on delivering premium residential and commercial projects with exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM professional to manage client relationships, post-sales coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Position: CRM Executive Department: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Location: opp. to secular heritage , near sonu market gyanodaya gurukul school, gola road patna

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls with clients

Generate leads through calling and follow-ups

Explain project details and convince customers for purchase

Schedule and conduct site visits for clients

Personally visit customers (if required) for meetings and conversion

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Update and manage customer data in CRM system

Coordinate with sales team for closures

Assist in documentation and agreement process

Follow up on payments and pending dues

Povide after-sales support and resolve customer queries

Requirements:

Graduation in any field (MBA preferred)

0–3 years experience in CRM / Sales / Real Estate

Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Willingness to do field work and client visits

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

✨ Incentive Structure:

1.5% incentive on sale pitching (deal closing)

1.5% incentive on site visit conversion

High earning potential based on performance

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
