Job Description

We are looking for a office boy / Peon,


Responsibilty to be handled by him would be

Open and close the office as per schedule.

  1. Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, labs, reception area, pantry, and office premises.
  2. Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, students, and visitors.
  3. Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
  4. Assist in courier dispatch and collection of parcels.
  5. Purchase office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as required.
  6. Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
  7. Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings.
  8. Ensure proper maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
  9. Monitor housekeeping materials and report shortages.
  10. Assist in shifting office materials, banners, and promotional items during events and seminars.
  11. Perform bank deposits, utility bill payments, and other outdoor office work when required.
