Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesPreparation of RA Bills and Final Bills.
  • Quantity Surveying (QS) and BOQ preparation.
  • Verification of client and subcontractor bills.
  • Preparation of Measurement Sheets (MB) and Quantity Reconciliation.
  • Rate Analysis and Cost Estimation.
  • Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
  • Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Clients.
  • Preparation of Work Orders, Purchase Requests, and Material Reconciliation.
  • Handling variations, extra items, and contractual billing.
  • Preparation of project progress reports and billing documentation.
  • Ensuring timely submission and certification of bills.
  • Required Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil billing for industrial/commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, QS, AutoCAD drawings, and billing procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, and billing software.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project bills.
