Job Description
Operate paper plate making machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines according to production requirements.
Monitor machine performance during production.
Inspect paper plates for quality, size, shape, and finishing.
Adjust machine settings to maintain production quality.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults.
Load raw materials (paper rolls/sheets) into the machine.
Maintain daily production records and machine logs.
Minimize material waste and improve production efficiency.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Coordinate with supervisors and the quality team to meet production targets.
