Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Coordinator is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and supporting smooth daily operations for an online clothing business.

The role helps ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and professional service across email, chat, phone, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions about products, sizing, pricing, delivery, and returns.

Process online orders, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.

Track shipments and coordinate with delivery partners to resolve delays or missing packages.

Maintain accurate customer records and order details in the system.

Support the e-commerce team with product updates, inventory checks, and listing changes.

Handle complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Work with sales, warehouse, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to service and processes.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer issues, order status, and service performance.
