### Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, data entry, and client documentation processing for our business. The ideal candidate will manage physical and digital paperwork, coordinate with platforms, and ensure accurate client records.
### Key Responsibilities
* *Data Entry & Record Keeping:* Accurately inputting client details, transaction requests, and KYC (Know Your Customer) information into the office systems or CRM.
* *Document Management:* Collecting, verifying, and filling out mutual fund application forms, SIP (Strategic Investment Plan) mandates, and redemption requests.
* *Platform Coordination:* Uploading documents and tracking transaction status on transaction platforms
* *Discrepancy Tracking:* Monitoring and resolving "rejections" or "queries" raised by AMCs (Asset Management Companies) or RTAs (like CAMS/Karvy/KFintech).
* *Client Reporting:* Generating and downloading standard Statement of Account (SOA) or portfolio valuation reports for clients when requested.
* *Office Administration:* Maintaining physical files, managing basic courier tasks for forms, and answering routine phone calls.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
* *Education:* Minimum Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA). Freshers are welcome.
* *Computer Literacy:* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory. Ability to navigate web portals comfortably.
* *Attention to Detail:* High accuracy in entering numbers
* *Language:* Functional understanding of Hindi and basic reading/writing skills in English (to process forms and navigate software dashboards).
### Job Specifications
* *Employment Type:* Full-time (Typically 6 days a week)
* *Salary:* ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Fixed)
* *Experience:* 0 to 1 year (Prior experience in an insurance, tax practitioner, or finance office )
