Job Description
HR Admin ResponsibilitiesAn HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by managing employee records, recruitment coordination, payroll administration, statutory compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.1. Recruitment & OnboardingPost job openings on recruitment portals.Screen resumes and schedule interviews.Coordinate with department heads for hiring.Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.Complete employee onboarding and induction.Maintain employee joining documentation.2. Employee RecordsMaintain employee personal files and HRMS records.Update employee information, promotions, transfers, and resignations.Manage confidential employee documents.Maintain organizational charts.3. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor daily attendance.Maintain leave records.Process leave approvals.Generate monthly attendance reports.4. Payroll AdministrationCollect attendance data for payroll.Coordinate with payroll/accounts.Process salary revisions and reimbursements.Manage employee benefits and deductions.5. ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws.Maintain statutory records.Coordinate PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.Support labor inspections and audits.6. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries.Maintain grievance records.Organize employee engagement activities.Support disciplinary processes.7. HR DocumentationPrepare:Appointment LettersConfirmation LettersPromotion LettersExperience CertificatesRelieving LettersWarning LettersTermination LettersHR Policies8. Performance ManagementCoordinate appraisal cycles.Maintain KPI records.Track employee confirmations and probation periods.Prepare appraisal documentation.9. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate employee training.Maintain training records.Track certifications and skill development.10. Exit ManagementProcess resignations.Conduct exit interviews.Coordinate full and final settlement.Recover company assets.Issue relieving and experience letters.11. HR ReportingMonthly manpower reports.Attrition reports.Recruitment status reports.Leave and attendance reports.Training reports.Payroll summaries.HR dashboards for management.12.
