Job Title: Support & Sales Executive
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Support & Sales Executive to
provide technical support for our mobile applications while ensuring an excellent customer
experience. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, testing mobile
applications, coordinating with client technical teams, and serving as a dedicated support
executive for assigned clients. Additionally, the candidate will educate existing and
prospective customers about our mobile applications through outbound calls, assist with
product onboarding, and support sales activities by promoting application features and
generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by clients.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and verify bug fixes.
- Coordinate with the internal development team for issue resolution and timely updates.
- Work as a dedicated support executive for assigned clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with client technical teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain support tickets, issue logs, and prepare periodic support reports.
- Assist clients with application installation, configuration, and user onboarding.
- Make outbound calls to educate clients about mobile application features, updates, and best practices.
- Demonstrate application functionality and answer customer queries.
- Identify customer requirements and communicate potential sales opportunities to the sales team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage product adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Required Skills / Must-Have Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Knowledge of mobile application testing and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and clients.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/support ticketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), Computer Science, Information Technology and related
Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in technical support, customer support, software testing, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of APIs, mobile application deployment, or software support processes is a plus.
