Job DescriptionAJ Clinics is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage the complete digital marketing activities of our clinic. The ideal candidate should be able to independently plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to increase the clinic’s online visibility, generate patient enquiries, and improve appointment bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the clinic’s website, including content updates and basic website maintenance.
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve Google search rankings.
• Manage and optimize the clinic’s Google Business Profile (GMB) to improve local search visibility and Google Maps ranking.
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to generate quality patient leads.
• Manage the clinic’s social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging content such as posters, reels, videos, and health awareness campaigns.
• Increase genuine Google reviews and improve the clinic’s online reputation.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute monthly digital marketing plans.
• Track campaign performance and submit monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with the clinic team to promote services, health camps, and awareness programs.
• Focus on increasing patient enquiries, appointments, website traffic, and overall clinic growth.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), Google Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience managing and updating websites (WordPress or similar CMS is preferred).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
• Good communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation and patient acquisition goals.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory.

We are looking for a candidate who can take complete ownership of the clinic’s digital marketing and deliver measurable growth in patient enquiries and appointments.
