Sales Executive

Job description:

Sales Team Participation: Work with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

2. In-Person Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with management to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and customer feedback, preparing regular reports to identify improvement opportunities.

6. Customer Query Resolution: Address escalated customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

7. Market Research & Collaboration: Stay informed on market trends and work with cross-functional teams to foster business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations, preferably in the e-commerce or D2C sector.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple communication channels, organise information, and multitask.

Experience in coordinating with sales and production teams and handling order processing.

A strong work ethic and bandwidth for dealing with multiple tasks calmly.

Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
