Position: Telesales Executive – Appointment Scheduling

Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in the company's products/services.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and build positive customer relationships.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or appointment scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
